We train every 2nd Thursday followed by the Sunday for about 4 hours per fortnight.
We also undertake fundraising activities too! Your time is precious so we only ask for one Thursday & Sunday in a 6 week period as a minimum.
New (5/2/10): Optional Medical Training has just been added for the weeks in between Search Team training. Team members will receive awareness training and skills in medical operations above their normal levels!
For us to remain professional and active we have to set a minimum.
Of course the more you attend the quicker you develop and the faster you progress into the live 999 call-out team!
